How to Order AxoGraph

Choose a Payment Method

The simplest way to purchase AxoGraph is using an institutional credit card. If that is not possible, the fastest payment option is a 'wire transfer' (bank-to-bank money transfer). You can also pay by purchase order, which involves mailing a check to Kagi's office in the United States. Kagi will accept payment in most currencies, including Euro and Yen. European VAT can be removed from your order.

Contact Information

Your order will be handled by our trusted e-commerce partner, Kagi. If you have any problems or questions, please write to help@kagi.com or phone: +1 (510) 658-5244 to speak with a Kagi customer service representative (9 am to 4 pm USA PST).

Step-by-Step Instructions for Purchasing AxoGraph (all payment methods)

  • Orders must be placed online
  • Go to the 'Order' page (above), select the product and click 'Buy Now'
  • Enter the number of items
  • If you require a paper receipt, check the box at bottom of page
  • Click 'Continue'
  • Select the 'Payment Method' from the drop list
(credit card, purchase order, wire transfer, etc.)
  • Select the currency that the payment will be made in - the prices will update automatically
  • European customers with VAT exemption can remove the VAT from their bill (see below)
  • Enter your billing address in the 'Shipping Address' field
  • Click 'Checkout'
  • Enter a valid e-mail address (we use it to send an activation key)
  • For credit cards, enter the card details and click 'Purchase'
  • For wire transfers and purchase orders, see the instructions below...

European Value Added Tax (VAT)

If your institution is VAT exempt and has a valid VAT ID number, you can remove VAT from your order.
  • Proceed through the order process as normal
  • You will reach a page that shows a table with the final bill, including VAT
  • There is a link in that table "Not subject to VAT?"
  • Clicking the link will take you to a page where you can enter a VAT ID for validation
  • Upon validation, VAT will be removed from the order

If you can't remove VAT using the online method, then you will need Kagi's VAT number: EU372000052. It was issued by Ireland's Revenue Service, and cannot be verified by the usual VAT validation services (such as http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do). Kagi was assigned a VAT number which begins EU because it is located in the United States, not in an EU member state.

For more information on VAT, see Kagi's sales tax and VAT web page.
